Yesterday I was doing the first test run of a 11' FXS Blackline after mods on wheels, suspension and custom paint (will post pics in a few days). When I came back home, I noticed the thumb lever of the ignition switch fell off and I had to use a pair of pliers to turn the bike off.
Question is: Has anyone had the same problem? Can I ask the dealer for warranty? The bike reached one year on Aug. 23rd.
The dealership said they will cover it as warranty. It seems that an allen screw is what keeps the lever in place it has happened to Rockers and Blacklines alike. Damn lever will take at least one week to get here. In the meantime I have to carry pliers wherever I go.
the same thing happened to mine.. the lever was replaced under warranty recently... I am planning on removing the allen bolt and applying more blue loctite..

I lost mine as well and turned it with my fingers for a few months. It got super tight one day and I had to use a pliers. I accidentally turned it a little too far that day but didn't break it. A few weeks later I tried using my key to turn the bike off and I broke the switch.
It would only spin and spin and spin but the internal switch was separated from the lock barrel. Now I need a new barrel/switch.
