If you are going to cover it up with leather why not just paint it black?

 

I thought about that also but thought a nice leather would look good.

 

I wear prescription glass's as well, getting old I guess. I got the "transition" glass's and they work great. I also have a pair of dark prescription glass's as well. You could also take your bike to a place that tints car windows and do the film thing there. Good luck.
