I didn't see any out at the dealer,,, and I have never thought to ask. Some times you don't think of the obvious. Next time I'm in the city I'll check. Thanks I may call them and see what they have, or can do.
The lower the beach bars sit on the bike the better they look. That's the whole idea of getting beach bars, you want that low pull back look for comfort. I've never seen them on high risers it wouldn't make sense. You just have to worry about them hitting the tank on low speed turns like parking.
I don't normally like beach bars on a Fatso, but they look great on yours for some reason.
put beach bars on the deluxe used a set of risers i had here they are about 3" risers. So comfortable its unreal but yes it hurts the look. I have a set of 1" im gonna try this winter but if its not as comfortable the 3" are goin back on. Teflon

My plan was to use Burly 39.5" bars with my stock Deluxe risers, but they just looked simply hideous! Finally went with Wild Ones which look fantastic. 1.5" is about the highest riser height in my opinion. Another thing to bear in mind - to get the 'correct' looking angle on the bars you'll need flush gas cap & gauge or the bars will clonk the caps. All adds to the cost, but unbeatable in terms of looks.
Incidentally, I've only had the bars installed a couple of weeks, but even so I don't know how I've managed without beach bars for so many years! Anything else seems a 'stretch', and I'm 6' 2". There is a learning curve for slow speed manoevres, but it's not a mountain to climb.
Conclusion:- Go for it!!
(Big UP to Thelawnmowerman for illuminating the way!)
I had flush mount gauges on my last bike, price tag is a bit steep, but they're easy to install and really transform your tank lines IMHO. Plus the flush mount LED fuel indicator is way easier to read than the stock one is.
I have beach bars on stock Heritage risers. I find them very comfortable to ride and they look, IMO, great. I also like the looks of the flush mount gas caps and gauge. Cleaner lines on the tank.
I have rotated the bars down since the picture below was taken.
I too was thinking about beach bars. On my Deluxe, I rotated the stock bars way down so they feel like beach bars. I really like the feel. But one thing I noticed, is a marked loss of leverage, especially noticable with a passenger. I like the feel, and may not even spend the money on beach bars. Best of all, it's a free mod.
