Good deal man. I didn't think it was all that hard either and it makes a huge difference in how the bars look. JLOCK...I will post some pics when I get the fender on,,maybe this weekend. I also have a new headlight on backorder should be in on the 19th. And yes the switch covers were a PITA. Have fun with the engine.

NoVa- What lowering kit did you use and how many inches is the bike lowered? Does the 16' front wheel affect handling? Better or worse?

I used the Burnout cycles kit, bought it from jpcycles.com. Piece of cake to install. If youdid the bars that will be no problem. I didn't measure it before but I think it is about 1.5 inches lower. I think the 16 rides a little better than the 21. Not a huge difference. It feels a little smoother in the turns (may be my imagination)and it takes the bumps a little better with the bigger sidewall on the tire.

Nova, I was admiring your handle bars and was wondering what kind they are?

If you have an air compressor (or know where you can get an air can) blow a length of heavy string through the bars first. Bend a paperclip into a hook to grab the string and pull it out through the hole where you want the wires to come out. Tie the string to the wires and use it to pull them through. Works every time.
