Default I Cut My Bars

I cut an inch off the ends of my bars and the narrow hand position feels so sweet! Width from grip end to grip end is 29" - before I think it was about 31". Anybody else running narrow bars?

Got new Biltwell risers, too.

And a gratuitous shift **** shot...

Mine are narrower than some others, but I did't have to cut them. I just ordered the narrower version.

I got the RSD king apes & they left a spot of bare metal on the left side for the serial number. It wouldn't bother me but I got the drilled metal grips & the bare spot shows through. I'll be cutting about 2" off mine. What's the deal with your speedometer?

.
Was wondering if it was pulled out or if it was hidden. I should be getting my jockey shift kit in around end of month.

I liked the width of the stock bars, so I had Bill make mine the same.

Those look great. I like a narrow bar. The reason I went with the 8" pullback risers on my bike instead of a street slammer type was because I liked the narrow width of the stock drag bar.
