Bulbs have been checked multiple times, the ground wires are fine as far as I can see. The ground wires are a part of the wiring harness and just attach into the turn sig connector. Like I said its all plug and play, should be very simple. I went up to Harley earlier today and talked to the service dept. they scratched their head also and, of course, suggested that I just bring it in and have them look at it. For a nice hourly service charge of course (80 bucks)
I was hoping some harley mechanic would read this and know exactly what the problem is. I'm still hoping. .

Sounds like a ground or connector problem

Agree on the multiple ground guesses. Run a wire directly from the battery. Quick easy test.

I don't know how your bike is set up, but on mine the front are run and turn signal(dual filament) the rear are turn signal only(single filament). make sure you have the right bulbs in the front and rear.

When you pulled apart the connectors did you pull by the plastic or the cable part? Maybe you pulled one of the wires out of the connectors so its not making a full connection. Take a look into the connector and make sure you see all the little connections poking through. This hasn't happend to me on the bike but its happend to me on other electronic crap. Hope you figure it out and would appreciate to know what hte cause was.
