I don't know that slipons with nothing else are going to vary that much in making more power. I think any high flow or high performance slipon by itself will give you a little more power but without an intake and tune you will only get a little difference.
That being said I like the Khrome Werks 3" HP Slipons. They are completely open and yet one of the quietest slipons out there (louder than stock but quiter than all the Vance and Hines I have heard.)

Note that those sheets reflect a STD correction factor. But regardless, the % increase would be virtually identical with SAE correction.
