Heritage is more stuff for the money. I think the rear wheel is the decision point. If you like the look of the fat rear wheel on the fatboy, decision made = fatboy because you're not gettingthaton a Heritage without a big expense.If you are indifferent to the fat rear wheel, Heritage is better IMO.

There is a look though that if you dig retro styling.. I'd be dang hard to pull it off with a fatboy unless you swap to a full FL style front fender.. My old 90 heritage is proof.. The original owner was after a pseudo-modern interpretation of a 50's duo-glide look.. I'd love to go this route with my 04 fatboy but it would be really tough.. Light bar, new paint, Heritage front/rear fenders with lights, white-walls, beach-bars or apes, fishtails, etc...
