Default HogDeluxe & How Long?
I ordered a tool bag and a 'media pouch' tank bib to match my C&C seat around 2 months ago....and still nothing at my doorstep. They did take the payment immediately after ordering. Anyone else had to wait so long for their products? Or is something else up that I am not aware of?

If you try to go to their website I get a warning that it may contain harmful malware

suprising everytime I ever had dealings with them they were great.did you try calling them they usually always pick up phone.

I was delighted with my bags and tank pouch, BUT they took an eternity to arrive. worth the wait, but their service is a disaster!

It might be that they are not that busy? That sounds like poor customer service and an excessive amount of time to get what you paid for. I have no desire to do business with any vendor who has an answering machine to take my questions or complaints. Not calling you back just makes it that much worse.

I had a terrible experience with them earlier this year. Our order took 4 months from the time they charged our credit card to when the final product arrived. When we got our stuff there were some issues which they claimed they would make right. We have not heard from them since and my e- mails went unanswered. I would not recommend them at all. I think they are in trouble. Chad told us they had been evicted from their business premises and he was working out of his garage!
