Default swing arm

Has anyone tried/installed a 2007 200mm swing arm on a 99 or down frame ?
It doesn't look like it would be a real hard swap. with a 9" fender and a set of 9" struts
and a offset chain setup you could fit a 200mm tire on.

Having done numerous wide tire swaps on pre 99 bikes, I can assure you that you would be much better off to buy a wide tire kit, that has all the parts you need and at least some vague instructions on what to do...it is not a bolt on swap, cutting is required.
