I ride a 07 Deuce with drag bars and when I throttle off the front end wobbles. It only happens at speeds above 50mph. If I lean on the bars or pull on the bars it stops. Just wondering if thats normal. The front tire does need replacing soon. Maybe not balanced properly or the drag bars have an effect.
Rear tire (cupping) lumps could be the culprit also.
If the front is shot why try to save the rear to get more mileage?
Then you find you have the same problem by not changing the rear at the same time.
Ask me how I know?
answer: been there done that

My 97 Softail had a wobble at 35 when I would go 40 it was gone and at 30 it was gone.
I had a New tire and New wheel bearings. I lostened the upper tree pinch bold and tightend the top nut 1/4 turn and the problem was gone. If You try this make sure that You have no binding when You move the forks
