Sounds like a BS story to me. I doubt if it can be titled as a Harley, this drops the value. Have you checked on getting insurance? You should be able to find a titled Harley, for that year in the same price range.

Too many red flags for me...it seems any time I've ever gambled on something like this I've lost!
Too many 'real' Harley-davidsons out there in that price range.
I'd pass...JMHO.

Seen alot of this on ebay. Assembled bikes. Lot less value than an HD. You can probably get the real thing for the same price or a little more. It's a knockoff imho. Don't do it.

As has already been said, "TOO MUCH" !!! If your willing to risk all the pitfalls possibly associated with buying something like this, then at least get it for alot less money. The guy probably thinks he has something real sweet and to him it probably is, but you can buy a real one for that and you'll never lose a dime on it.

That's a lot of mile's for re-built bike do not walk away RUUUUNNNN FOREST RRRUUUUUNNNNNN!!!! look at H.D. trader.com, all kind's of Fat Boy's, could may find newer LESS mile's and REAL Fat Boy, not to make light of you, we are trying to help!!!!!PURPLE HAZE
