This being my first harley my knowledge is very little but my experience with snowmobiles kinda helps me understand that with the exhaust and increased air flow it would be running lean? What i have on it now are the only motor modifications external and internal ill be doing for the foreseeable future what would be a decent cost effective way to richen it up and make it street able?

My personal opinion, if you never intend to do anything at all other than filter and exhaust, and you have a smart phone, buy the Vance and Hines Fuelpak 3. If you think you may do more mods later buy a Dynojet Power Vision.
