Got the Hearltand licence plate, Team Breakline, Dakota Digital speedo, SE Air Cleaner (tried three others but think this best suits), Bassani exhaust, black primary and some other small things done. Next week is the new wheels, Shotgun and apes. SS should give me an extra 30 to 40hp easy but unfortunately the 250 Dunlop is going to kill me on the Dyno...

Uh, a Sreamin' Eagle air cleaner and Bassani exhaust are not going to give you "an extra 30 to 40hp easy". On an otherwise stock engine, and WITH a proper tune loaded, that gives 15 to 18% over stock (stock ranges from 65 to 74 rwhp depending on whose dyno you believe ), so 10 to 14 rwhp added realistically. Lots of dyno curves to prove that, including HD's own SE catalog.

Your bike looks good man.
I have the same breather and pipes. I am happy with both. If you are going to dyno tune it, I suggest that you change the cams as well. Without doing a bunch of motor work, you can get some reasonable performance gains.
When you get a chance, let's see some more pics of the new speedo.
Actually, they will. If it's a Metzeler 880, it weighs only 17 lb versus the stock Dunlop's 21.75 lb., and yeah, 4.75 lb taken off the very perimeter of a wheel will make a difference in both dyno results and in nimbleness and turn-in on the road.
Not as much as changing to my Pirelli Diablo 240mm though, as the pirelli weighs only 15.5 lb.

Thanks dude. I like the Dakota speedo. The all black looks the goods and will look even better when they are in the black CVO risers next week. The red display is easy to read and all the info is clear and simple. Tacho works well and there is a lot of info readily available. Dims at night too. Basically, it's well priced, looks good (just my opinion of course!) and has all the info I could need.
I have also opted for the Woods 222 and they will go in next week once I have my new map from FM. Have you changed the cams?
