For the lift, check out DK Custom, one of our sponsors here. I did the 3" lift but to do that you must find a way to increase clearance between the tank and speedometer once the tank is lifted. There are at least 2 ways to do this. You can reverse the stock risers so the tops turn forward, or you can do as I did and use angled bushings (Dennis Kirk) under short straight risers. The method you choose will depend on what bars you use / retain. You'll also have to install the longer crossover gas line which DK provides with their lift kit.
The Dash is a HD Blackline Dash which comes in black and which I sent away to have chromed.
Here is a copy of the post from this thread which I used to order the necessary parts. Note that you will need to replace the top plate for the Blackline dash to fit:

So long story short, I found out that instead of making a custom welded tab like johnnycondo did, you could purchase a new top plate (Part # 60900001) to replace the factory one currently installed on your bike which is (Part # 60900003 - fyi, HD has the wrong part number for the Breakout Top Plate listed in its system, trust me when I say you do NOT have 60900001 installed on your bike like their parts catalog/online catalogs would suggest, you have 60900003 installed on your Breakout). So if you want to do this mod, order Part # 60900001 and you'll be good to go.
Here are the parts needed:
Console 71340-11 $150 USD
Trim insert 72775-11 $15 USD
Inst. Moulding 71576-08a (need 2 of these) $5 USD x 2 = $10 USD
Top Plate 60900001 $45 USD
Total = $ 220 USD

The OEM Tank badges on the Whiskey Amber BO's are a real eyesore. They're RED !! I replaced mine with the ones you see which I found on E-bay. I think they're OEM from a trike. Frankly, I think the tank looks great with no badge at all.
By the way,, if you elect to do the tank mods the way I did, (Short straight risers & angled bushings), the resulting position of the speedo housing will be directly in front of, and near to, the gap left between the tank channel and the back bone after the tank is lifted. To me the gap is no big deal anyway but some riders dislike it to the point that they're loath to do the lift, as they'd like, because of it. Anyhow, keeping the riser mounted speedo housing directly in front of the gap does a great job of camouflaging it. Thought I'd just mention that.

That target tune looks cool, keep us updated. I had the power vision on a v rod awesome tool!
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders

The PV has been a very good tool- some shortcomings, sure, but every tuner product has it's pro and con. I had to learn Delphi tuning to really get the most out of it. The Target Tune add on should provide the missing piece that is needed to get an optimized performance tune and keep it that way- without a lot of hassle. I'll definitely post up my impressions / results.
