They make plugs for the 12mm plug em then add the 18MM. They don't go in the same spot.
Yep that was my first thought, but, i can't put them higher on the collector or it won't clear the jugs, or lower as it will be getting too far away from the head. If the sensors are not in the optimal location they don't work as well. More than likely I can cut out the 12mms and re-weld on the 18mm bungs- just seeing if anyone had done it before on the later model Radius 2-2 pipes.
Any of you guys running the new PowerVision TargetTune add on with WB sensors? Was thinking that is next on my list, the only thing that looks "sucky" is trying to fit 18mm bungs on the Big Radius 2-2 pipes. They have 12mm bungs set into a recess on the collectors, and the way they are made it looks complicated to try and add the larger 18mm bungs.
The bungs on the big radius pipes I have (26065) have 18mm holes. I had to buy separate reducers to get my 12mm sensors to fit. Or have I misunderstood what you're saying!

There are two types of big radius 2-2 pipes- the early ones for Rocker / Softail up to '09, which had the 18mm bungs. the later 2-2 pipes come with 12mm bungs that are sort of inset into a wedge at the collectors. both old and new style of these pipes fit every year bike anyway.
so yeh if I had the early style 2-2's then no issue at all.
The bike with the two headlamps. I may have come into the thread late.
The only thing higher at the front is the tank. I did a DK 3" lift adding 14" apes using CVO risers mounted on 10 degree angled bushings so the speedo would clear the tank.

Nicely done- thanks for adding the pics and info, will certainly be of interest to others.
