Talking about the seat mount plugs, i just found out the other day that the rear pillion comes with a plug for the mount hole. Its located under the seat in a little holder. Its chrome though, but still looks better than an open hole. My first easter egg find on this bike haha
the second easter egg is the hot chick that magically appears on the back seat. LOL
I am interested in hydraulic clutch conversion using CVO 2014 parts. Sofar I identified these required parts:
Master cylinder and brake line
36700060B - master cylinder assembly (with lever)
37200021 - brake line
11348 - brake line o-ring
41747-82A - brake line banjo bolt
41731-01 - banjo bolt gasket (2 pcs)
Transmission housing
36805-06 - side cover gasket
25700178 - inner side cover
25700179 - outer side cover
37200023 - secondary clutch actuator
4705 - secondary clutch actuator screws (3 pcs)
Clutch
I assume at least a push rod needs to be replaced:
37000111 - rod with release plate (microfiche #19)
37092-06 - rod (microfiche #5)
37000113 - rod end (microfiche #21)
Unfortunately, I am not sure about other clutch parts (pressure plate #13, stopper plate #14 etc... or the whole clutch assembly #12?). Has anybody done this conversion already?

After further digging I realized that CVO is using a different clutch (SE Assist & Slip Clutch, p/n 37000026). The question is if it is possible to use hydraulic actuator with FXSB standard clutch or if the whole clutch has to be replaced. Anybody can confirm?
I don't think this is a conversion most would do. What's your reason for going hydraulic, stock cable clutch to hard to pull? there is always the drop-in variable pressure clutch.
I don't know his reasoning, but I had considered a hydro clutch as it would be easier to route a hard line inside the bars if you are going for a smooth cable less look at the bars.

There are several things I like:
- line routing options/cleaner look of the bars
- self adjusting
- smoothness
- no cable lubrication
- nice technology :-)
Of course there are also disadvantages. The variable pressure clutch is nice too.
