So I just picked up a clean used stock 46mm TB on ebay- $40 shipped. going to have that bored / ported to 50 or 51mm for $100 then slap in a set of larger 4.9 SE injectors.

Could you have used this thing instead or as an option on your bike?

Screamin’ Eagle® Pro 50mm EFI Throttle Body - 27623-05A

It comes with the 4.9 injectors. $319 brand new. I may pick this up if I decide to add cams. Don't know if I can program it right to work well using my PV2?

I have the TB you mentioned, just pay attention to intake flanges.
HD description of this part is a bit unclear about fitting stock heads.
I have it installed on SE Pro CNC Ported Factory Heads and pretty happy of the result...

Oh it's for ABS models.

As Tex mentioned it is unclear whether the SE TB fits stock heads or must be fitted with the SE heads. I did make some calls when I was looking into buying it and most of the answers I got were no it won't fit stock heads.

A set of SE 4.9 injectors can be found for $100, used stock TB, $50 average price. TB boring service, $100.

You can program any larger TB or set of injectors to work by using the PV2 so no worries there. You would get a new reasonably close tune map from FM or DJ, flash it to bike, then do a few auto tune runs to dial it in closer. Admittedly the AT basic will only do a marginal job. Using wide band O2 sensors and the AT Pro or ideally the TT with the PV would give great results.

Thanks guys, that's what I was feeling too, unsure if it would fit the stock heads? It sort of sounded it would fit stock heads 2006 or newer? But as you guys said the description is unclear, have to do some more research.

So I got the Target Tune installed today- literally just wrapped it up a few mins ago. No time for a fire up and test ride now but will be doing that tomorrow. Got the ECM flashed with the TT-enabled map, checked to see if my WB O2 F/R were showing up in the datalog signal selections, and left it at that for tonight.

I planned on doing it early this morning and testing today - but wife had other plans for me- Didn't get back home until 4pm. So much for getting and early start on the day but you know how that goes sometimes. She doesn't bug me about my expensive toy habits so no big deal when she needs help with something.

One thing pissed me off though, I only had a set of flat copper exhaust gaskets. Could not for the life of me find my set of SE mesh gaskets. Figures right? I installed the V&H pipes with the flat copper gaskets and a light coating of copper gasket maker (holds the gaskets in place pretty good during install). So we'll see if I get any leaks. Hope not. Worst case have to run down to HD and overpay for another set of SE gaskets.

Anyone here load out their Breakout for a 1200+ mile trip with the OL?

I already have a windshield and throw over saddle bags. I plan on getting the "EZ-Braket" to install on the bags and cut the yoke out so I can strip her down when I get to my destination.

Seat options and highway pegs are basically what I'm looking towards now. The HD QD backrest seems to take about 2-3 inches away from the OL's seat. I have the bigger passenger Harley pillion for her now, but I don't think she will do that many miles and be happy about it.

I don't want to use a crash bar for the highway pegs, so if anyone has a peg/ flip-blade setup, please let me know how you like them.

Thanks in advance.
