you know I think I might just take you up on that!
I have to admit, I know the attitude most people with harleys are perceived to have, very elitist and exclusionary. I can't say if you guys are like that to people with different types of bikes, but I definately don't see that with me, being a newcomer to this brand and forum. You have all made me feel very welcome, and really appreciate the friendliness!
I am going to do some light reading about it, then likely remove my stock baffles today before taking it for a rip
yeh we're all a bunch of hardcore elitists here- LOL - A lot of members here own several bikes, HD / Ducati / Yam / Kawi etc. - Or came from a sport bike earlier riding history (like me). I'm pretty much thumb up with any rider I see on the road- except of course for the stupid giant motorcycle-looking scooter riders. I freaking hate those things. and they try to give me a what's up sign? **** get a real bike! lol
Anyway you got a fuel tuner right? Powervision, FP3? Your stock tune is pretty lean so I wouldn't be ripping it around with open pipes and air cleaner without richening things up a bit.
Sounds like you are in the same boat as the rest of us- a lot of good mod ideas and figuring out how it's all going to come together. good times.
Hey splattttttt, what are these guardian bells everybody is talking about? Do you sell them? I had one when I first bought my bike but I hung it too low and it didn't survive a few twisties.

Not a retailer. I just like to gift them to ppl when funds permit. Its both fun and rewarding for me to do it.
I laughed at your statement in regards how the gremlins have been chewin away at yours. Mines about 50% gone too (;
