Yes. Mine's a 2013 and is not a CVO. I believe the non CVO version was released later in the year, though.
Michael
THAT would explain it. I do recall all the road tests in the magazines being of the CVO version, and that is probably how I got the impression that 2013 was CVO only. That front Trubine wheel on that raked out front-end got my immediate attention - much more so than the 110 engine.
Thanks. I want to lower the rear, change the stock pegs out, possibly extended forward controls I am 6'3 and it is a little cramped with the stock pegs. Change out the head light for something brighter. Get it Dyno'd and the SERT installed. It has a Stage 1 download but needs more tuning with the exhaust and high flow. Thinking of changing the bars out, not sure to what yet but something a little more comfortable.
get a different low profile seat- the stock seat is really going to keep you pushed forward, you may find that is easier to do and more comfortable.
don't get the SERT. you'll be shooting yourself in the foot. all of HD's tuning maps are "epa compliant", including stage1 maps. absolutely horrible.
you don't need to spend money ($500 or more) on a one time dyno tune unless you are going to change motor components like cams + heads + cubic inches + throttle body / injectors.
get a Powervision, V&H Fuel Pack, TTS MasterTune - much better by far. the "ultimate" is the Powervision plus the Target Tune wide band O2 add on.
Yep - the CVO was first. I remember because when I saw the bike on the HD site I thought it was the best looking factory bike to hit the street in years...then I saw the price. What a gut punch. For some reason I checked back a few months later and saw the 103" version. That was more realistic, so I started scratching up the cash right away.

Same thing I did except I found a barely used 2013 in early 2014.
Pulled the trigger on SE-204 cams. So far, I love em!
Hi Bro. I just bought a new breather kit for my 2014 BO. The gasket with the kit doesn'r appear to match all the holes / machined area per your pics. Does that seem normal for an aftermarket add on ?
