Unfortunately, I do not have a part number.
According to the Harley Davidsons list, that part did not exist for a FXSB, but the seller at the dealer simply took different sets and tried them on the spot. If I remember correctly it was for a Softail Slim but I am not 100% sure and
it was a set of 2 pcs. But along the side of the exhaust there was too little space between the V&H Big Radius and the nut to get it on. If I remove the exhaust I can fit it on the nut and then remount the exhaust.

If we're talking about the same bolt covers your CVO should have come with them originally fitted? I had the V & H pipes etc. fitted prior to taking delivery and as my frame is red and the covers black they are just discernible in the last picture below.
Thunderbike rear fender has arrived as has the Cult Werks side number plate mount and new seat base for the fender. Just awaiting the Shotgun Shock to arrive from your side of the pond then the modifications can begin. 260 Metzeler rear rear tyre gets fitted Saturday.
I went ahead and ordered a set of black pivot bolt covers (HD part #47649-09). https://www.harley-davidson.com/stor...CatEntryType=2
It says they wont fit the BO, but I'll find out, and confirm the part number, and fit (with the V&H Big Radius pipes), when they arrive.
.....and K9F, love the Thunderbike fender!!
I have one on my Rocker, and the 260 tire fills it out nicely!!

i have the bolt cover, they didn’t put it on when they put the exhaust on, I had it put on before I took delivery and didn’t ask until the next visit, you think I can unbolt the exhaust and get it to fit?

That's what I plan on doing, looks like there's plenty of space for it, should fit just like in K9Fs pic... I'm hoping.
Thunderbike rear fender has arrived ....................
Just go buy allot of filler now I know what I'm talking about, I also have the Thunderbike rear fender. It cost me a lot of time and filler but has become very beautiful.
hey everyone, Im not sure if this has been covered before, but I am planning on lowering my 17' breakout 2" using the progressive 422 shocks. I also want to do the progressive springs in the front. My question is if I lower the bike 2" with the rear shocks, can i keep stock height up front and not have a weird stance or do i need to lower the front of the bike also?

^^ There are several examples of Breakouts shown with differing Air Ride Shock systems on the forum. Even at the lowest setting the Breakout stance still 'looks' great so IMHO you'll be fine. Standard they are so high I found a Fox Den, two badgers and three stray cats happily living under my rear fender. I am about to fit a Shotgun Shock myself and have absolutely no intent on touching the front setup at all.

Have you a picture of the painted and finished fender? Having spent the eye watering amount I did on a Thunderbike Fender I would be sending it back if the imperfections needed filler and a great deal of time to sort out, I think it looks beautiful now in bare steel. I am leaving it to the professionals once I have offered it up to the bike to make sure it fits. It will then go for priming, painting the 3D hydrographic carbon to be applied then lacquering. I am sure mine too will then be classed as 'beautiful' in my eye. Below is a few examples of the paint shops work.

Yea, I've seen the pics with the different rear setups. I just wasn't sure what changes, if any, people had made to the front suspension to match. I definitely agree with you on the rear fender gap though lol. It needs to go asap. Thanks for the feedback.

Yes, the Thunderbike fender WILL need body work...I was very disappointed, that for the price, it does not come paint ready!! My shop charged 5 hrs. labor plus materials to prep it for paint.
