What you can do is get the Wolo horn, and not mount it up there. We now offer a Special Mounting bracket specifically for the Softails and Wolo horns. You can see a full description of it at this LINK.

I know this is an old thread but I have a 2015 Breakout that I remain in search of replacement horn... I like the bracket but am unsure of long term ability of WOLO horn... Could this bracket also support something along the lines of the Mini-Beast type of horn as well. Thanks Kevin.
