CC: I like the look of the poweder coat. I feel the same way about mine about having a too much chrome with the contrast of black tins. I think if you powder coated the front end it would look sharp
Your right mt325. Either I powder coat my fork sliders
black or I re chrome my fender struts to better balance
out the rearwith the front. Well, the winter mods are
starting to pile up already.....

thanks for all the kind words guys. i just got the word that the bike is totalled. i'lleither build a customorbuy anotherdeuce. i'll still check in with you guys and comment on the nice rides and the best bike that harley evermade! viva la deuce!
Hey lobo, will you get to salvage any parts which you would be able to sell from your bike, I'd be interested in your seatif it was available. Dam shame about the accident, you had a sweet ride there. Stay in touch bud.
Crazy I'd rechrome the struts, would'nt like to see it turn into a train, just my opinion though. If any of you guys with the 18x5.5 billet rear wheels are looking to sell them to get something different for a change in look I'm looking out for one now. Looking for a good 2nd hand one cause new ones cost a second mortgage down here. Is there any suppliers over there that anyone can recommend, I usually deal with zanottis but not sure if they deal in wheels, have to check there site.
CC, it would be time consuming and costly but powder coating the bars, lamps, trees and all would look really sharp. I like the shine of the powder coat. If I had the coin, I would do it and good thing I'm in the States this way they wont be identical
