Looks great! That is one mean looking Springer Classic...with the motor to back it up!
On a lighter note (pun intended), how do you like those amber passing lamp lenses? Is it a noticable change in the light from your POV? I don't recall ever seeing a set turned on.
Thanks.
Thanks for the compliment.
I have noticed no difference at all in the light from my perspective, but it is an amazing difference in visibility for oncoming vehicles. Those are the headlight armor from Cee Bailey in the pictures - they stick on with Velcro dots. Since then, I learned that J&P has auxilliary lamps with yellow lenses that are a direct replacement. When these burn out, I will be trying those instead.
I'm sure it will be a blast once you get her down good.
What name brand did you go with?
If memory serves me correctly, I think I saw one before that gave you the option to use either hand or foot. Maybe someone could confirm or deny this...but I swear I saw one.
I wouold love to have one, but between getting ready to "work" the engine over, and my riding style...judt dont think it would be that smart.
And again, your bike is looking great!
Thanks for the positive comments. It's a foot clutch. 80 miles later and my confidence is growing. No kit. Everything was fabricated by Todd at Flames Unlimited in Reading Pa.

I love the springers, I been droolin over em ever since I bought my bike. couldn't decide between the two, but I really liked the black, so the next logical step a few years later was this! she rides alot nicer now too, seems like it just glides over some of the hard bumps my old wideglide front hit
