I'm still sitting on that fence... I have the lowering kit sitting in my toolbox, but I think I'm gonna wait a bit.
it is a tough call. I think it would look alot better. Thats why I was really close to the airride. I'll pick it up a bit when I'm riding two up and I'll drop it when im out by myself.
I like it! I like how you mounted your front signal.
props to story808 for the blinker relo. I didn't want them anywhere near my my bars. I'm about to replace them with some smaller ones. even replaced they are still an eyesore.

aginhouse... bike looks great....i agree with scorched, i like what you did with signal's....my bike is lowered almost 3 inches...it does scrape..and the ride is rough...but it looks cool.....ha
Yeah mines low enough that it rubs the back of the belt! I guess I better raise it a hair, lol.
Lower it. It's a small price to pay for lookin good.
+1 for that.... you can't beat lowering a bike. Especially just an 1" or 1-1/2".... I cant really notice too much of a ride difference until I get to 2" under stock.
Mine is only lowered about an 1-1/2" right now, and my girls FXSTC is lowered about 2".... I am adjusting mine this weekend to 2". Here is mine at 1-1/2". I will grab some of Nic's when It is all done with its make-over.

That looks pretty damn good. I am going to check into it a little more. I also dig your sissy bar alot!
I never tire of looking at this beauty. I shouldn't have sold her, but I did. Can't change that. There will be another! I ran across a CD today from a little gathering of Heritage Springer owners back in '07. I'd forgotten this "pose"...

Heres a pic of mine. I can't remember if I posted it yet or not?!?!
Sunday I'm putting on drag bars, grips, signal relocators, removing saddle bag brackets, removing sissy bar, removing all the chrome off the swingarm etc..
This is what she looked like when I bought her. Only had 1,900 miles on her, but I had a vision. I rode her home from Denver to Vegas and already had most of the parts layed out on the garage floor, waiting.
