Crossbones Pictures
Just took off exhaust and starting on the cam cover.

Fuel tank, Seat and cam cover off.

Rocker arms removed and pulling out pushrod tubes.

Camshafts and support plate are out, it's hollow in there.

Stock camshafts.

SE-204 Camshafts.

New cams in and support plate all bolted down.

Torque wrenchin' the bolts.

My buddy and I putting the tank back on with the help of my dad taking the photo.

The Crossbones all back together waiting to get reprogrammed for the new cams and the tuning sessions to follow.

I've got a terrible lower back too. I broke it when I was a kid. I've got the 1920 sprung seat with 2" springs, and it still gets sore, but it provides more support than the stock seat, so I much prefer it.
good luck to you!
