I get so sick around football season...it's everywhere!! The damn news is Dallas Cowboys this Dallas Cowboys that!
I am glad that I live North West of Fort Worth and way far away from Dallas!
What a frigging mess that place is!
I'll add another Dallas SUCKS to the thread!
My advice since I came here from North Carolina is STAY IN SOUTH CAROLINA!
If you feel you should come down here move within an hour to the NE of Carrolton.
I drive 120 miles round trip to and from work and it is worth it to get away from that
city mess!

I live in Texas and I love it. Have lived in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Lewisville, Highland Park and I am now in College Station. There are a lot of nice neighborhoods in Carrollton and in the surrounding area. I left Texas four times and always came back. I am here to stay this time. Lived in Tennessee for 15 years. I prefer Texas.
You will love riding in the Hill Country and out to Big Bend. East Texas is rolling green hills with roads winding through Pine Forests. There is nothing like riding Texas. And you are also within a days ride of Arkansas...great riding country. On the backroads of Texas you won't see the traffic like you do on the East coast. Not like the Smokie Mountains. Last time I was there it was like a parade and it will be the last time I go. Dallas does have bad traffic, but if you live and work in Carollton...no problem.
Visit Texas before you decide especially the Hill Country. There are a lot of people who aren't meant to be Texans, but if you are one that is...you will never leave.
