I was looking up café solo seats for the sportster and found the mustang seat, the RSD seat, (made by mustang), and the saddleman that looks like its made by mustang. obviously the RSD is the most expensive, with saddleman and mustang with similar prices.
I tend to take off at lights or entering the highway, so I was thinking the café seat has a nice taller rear lip than my other seats and doesn't look too bulky, but it would keep me secure & stable when taking off...

Just for clarification: we manufacture RSD's seat, but not Saddleman's.
One of our UK members recently bought one and has pics of it on his bike.
Me? Yes I have the RSD CAfe, which I love the look o, but find it dreadfully uncomfortable. Reminds me of my KTM Supermoto. People say they break in, I really hope thats true...

can you move to New York and sell me the seat so I don't have to pay shipping? lol
is it that uncomfortable? I have the RSD avenger seat and ive done 250 mile days and it wasn't so bad. I had assumed the solo café would be more comfortable than the avenger

I saw that and took some pics of it, I sat on it & it felt pretty stiff. but i'm sure it would soften up after riding. a little pricey, but it's in the ballpark of the other seats.
