Default too high of idle?

So I'm having this weird idle issue with my 2016 Forty Eight with 950miles.
Its stock, other then V&H Big Radius, FP3, and Screaming eagle high flow airfilter..

When I start on cold, it revs up to around 2200rpm, and stays there, and starts to creep up slowly for about min before coming down to around 1700rpm. and it stays there for long time.
It wont get back down to 1050rpm(factory recommended) unless I took it out for ride for few min.

So you then ride around for while, everything is running fine with idle. You turn it off for few min( like stop for gas or something), and when you start her up(everything is up to operating temp), it'll do the same damn thing again!

BUT Not always. Sometimes, it'll run right down to 1700rpm for few sec, then drops to 1050rpm on restart.
it makes me think that may be I have air leak on intake side somewhere as if I rev the engine, rpm stays up(you can see me doing that towards end)

what do you guys think?

and it is going back to the dealer. But I would like to have some sort of idea as to whats causing this.
I don't know of any other EFI Harley besides mine, and since I had pipe and tune installed before I even see it ran. So I'm not sure how bone stock one would act.
I don't think it should be doing this tho...

being injected is uses a TPS (throttle position sensor) The throttle cable or wire(fly by wire)
moves/ changes the resistance value that tells the computer you want to accelerate.
sticking/dirty/ damaged will give the wrong reading to the computer telling it what rpm its looking for,

Also could be the temperature sensor in the rear cylinder head not reading properly & telling the ECM it's way colder than it is.

Not too sure your dealer will touch it if that FP3 is installed, at least many will not unless they installed it.

FP3/Big radius/Highflow Filter were all bought/installed in to brand new bike by the Harley dealer before I took the delivery of the bike.

Good on you then, as the dealer can help on the idle issue. Warranty on your system is most likely with the bike as well. Time for that 1K service.

First thing I would do is reflash with the FP3.

You could either start by flashing the stock setup, run it a few, then reflash with your setup. Or skip the stock flash and just reflash with your setup again.
