Default What happend to my tire????

Check the pic of my tire. What do ya think caused this? Its a 08 1200C I got in 2016 with 8K miles. I am thinking its from how it is parked because its right where the tire sits when parked. I rode it all last summer and did not notice it there is also flat areas on my rear tire on the left side of the tire too.
The second pick is what happens when ya let it bottom out. I'm putting on some 412's. I already have some rattle can paint in my color.

Prolly you've been running with the wrong tire pressure would be my guess.

Yep, scalloping. Most often caused by under inflation.

It is called cupping. Very common on under inflated tires.

Default Cupping

It can also be caused from the rear shocks not being set stiff enough for the load thus causing the rear tire to bounce under load. The tire would look more scrapped than anything.
