Clutch adjust or replace?

Do the derby screw adjustment again, this time backing out the screw 1/3 - 1/2 turn, this should move the friction zone out, away from the handlebar. Very common method used by parade riders (Shiners & LEO's) that spend a lot of time in the friction zone.

Thanks, but I'm trying to go the other way. 
I jiggered with it today. I found that holding the loose handle to the bar while I was adjusting the screw helped move it a little. What I have now is not optimal, but it's close enough I can live with it.
