Default I DID IT!

I finally got up the courage to ride my bike to the office. Its now sitting in my parking spot covered with a light colored sheet to keep the sun off the seat and tank!

Yeah! I really CAN do this!

Very cool. I plan on riding mine to work as soon as weather permits (hard core thunderstorms in the afternoons right now).
It's a 25 mile ride one way, but on nice country roads.

Good stuff! I ride my 883 C way more than my car now, even though it's winter here. I filled my car's tank about 3 weeks ago and it's still full! [sm=smiley20.gif]

Congrats Stargazer!!! You'll build even more confidence with each ride.

But why did you cover your ride? You should leave it uncovered so your co-workers can drool whenever look outside. I leave mine uncovered for others to look, (BUT NOT TO TOUCH), and often find myself just peeking into the lot just to catch a glimpse. J/K about the cover thing...It all depends on where you work...Some places often get rather dusty, etc...

Keep on Ridin'

MAN did it feel good! I am just THRILLED.

I covered it so that the sun would stay off the seat and my Black Pearl Paint. Plus that, we have a fair amount of crows and Seagulls around here as Puget Sound/Commencement Bayis only about a mile away and I sure don't wanna go out and find any Bird Presents on my bike.

I'm going to ride during lunch and of course I'll take the LOOOONNNG way home tonight! OMG I'm having sooo much FUN!!!!!

And because of it you won't get a single thing done today! You're mind is just on how nice it would be to be on it, it's right there, just waiting, ride me! ride me! ride me!

The newness is hard to get past, I've had mine a little over a month and already have 1500 on it, needless to say, not alot of work has been getting done!
