I possibly don't think you have a fuel pump or injector problem.

The fuse box and relay area is prone to corrosion. As a rescue I would clean that area and make sure the relays are actually good.

To test a relay you need to energise it and measure the resistance of the closed contact.

Check the battery wire connections at both ends, the wiring harness ground point and the grounding strap under the bike that connects the engine to the frame.

Make sure the battery is good. Maybe get it load tested.

See if you have any codes stored. Follow on this site and post the results - https://www.fuelmotousa.com/p-29661-...ble-codes.html

Get yourself a FSM and the electrical trouble-shooting manual.

Also downloaded Harley owners manual, thus y came here to learn more not from the book but hopefully people with experienced this B4.

With codes for many sensors suggests the 5 volt sensor supply is possible missing not that they are all faulty. You need to check between ECM pin 14 positive and pin 26 ground.

It might pay you to pull all of the connectors and check them for corrosion and bent or pushed out pins.

If you don't have it, wiring diagram - https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....a14b43768!!1!2
