Default Which windshield for Sporty?
Wife wants a windshield for her 2002 883 Sportster, she wants to leave in on all the time, so don't need a detachable. Which do you guys recommend, preferably not an HD(price!) if something else will serve the purpose.

I got a HD detach off ebay for 200 shipped,just because she wants it on all the time the'restill great shields.and you will like the detach feature for cleaning and such.

I use a HD quick release. I put it on in the fall when the weather starts getting cooler and it stays on (except when cleaning) until things start warming up in the spring.

I like my windshield on all the time too but the quick detach is still a neat feature when it comes to cleaning the bike.

Can't beat the quick release. On and off in seconds - no hardware left on the bikelike some of the other detachables.
