Do a search and you can read till your eyes bleed. But since you asked, IMHO you will definately need a tuner. With the air intake you will most likely be running way too lean. Google search Screamin Eagle Race Tuner, Power Commander, Thundermax to get started those are about the most popular tuners. fuelmotousa.com is a really good supplier for the PowerCommander and is about the best price goin.

I have a pcIII I'm wanting to sell. It's about 2 months old and already has a map installed for V&H shortshots and screaming eagle a.c. I purchased it from fuel moto , it's still in the box and it has all the origional hardware + software. I will let it go for a good price,P.M. me if interested.

Check out the V&H FuelPak. I'm very happy with mine and it's INCREDIBLY easy to program.

I just rec'd a new PCIII for $159.99, including shipping for my Sporty. I have to program it myself, but that's easy. You just have to search the net. I have a PCIII on my Honda 919, and it is just the greatest....
