the "normal" KY is used for the rear signals and the "warming" KY is used for the front because wind cools them too much , I thought you guys would know that , or did I just learn ya sumthin ?

Mine is an 05 and that is what is working best for me anyway , if it is too cold (under 50) I just have my wife blow on them a little and they take right off.

The only KY lubricant I know of is this and I'm not too keen on wasting it.

Down South here we're careful about blinker fluid. Cause if it leaks down on the brake pads it don't matter which way you're blinking, you ain't gona turn thata way.

WOW you guys have some good tips I'll have to try when my blinker service comes due. I just saw a commercial on tv where ky has come out with a new lubricant, they say it warms up and intensifies performance but I think it's only for female riders,(what's up with that? Like guys don't want their blinker performance increased also) Anyway going to get some for the OL as I plan to lubricate her blinker tonight. I'll let you know how it works.

My Capt. Morgan has more additives but I have noticed that my blinkers stick in the off mode if I use too much.

Oh, I agree COMPLETELY!

Brake rotor grease MUST be blinker fluid resistant - ESPECIALLY if you have dual disk front brakes.

What can happen is when you hit the right blinker, it'll drip down on the right rotor and the right side of the wheel won't stop as fast as the left side so you wind up turning left!
