What's the torque for the bolts on the outer primary cover??

Some anti seize compound is probably more important than the actual torque setting.

Not to be a smarta$$, but where do you find a foot pounds torque wrench, calibrated in 1/10 pound increments?

Torque wrenches are the most accurate in the center of their range and I've yet to see a foot pounds torque wrench where less than 10 pounds isn't off the bottom end of the scale.

Done correctly, you would use an Inch Pounds torque wrench with a range of something on the order of 20 - 200+ Inch Pounds.

I just snug 'um down without going to an extreme.

Only time I use a torque wrench is when I'm inside the engine/tranny, etc...
