Very easy to do even for a novice like me
Literally took 5 mins once i found my tools
just make sure left goes to right and vice versa
Also make sure the indicators have been moved so u can slide the arms in
Ok i've been out for an hour or so and the visibility is a bit better but now the mirror is catching the bottom of my wrists and forearm but not as much as my arm and shoulder was before
Anyone else have this problem also ? if so how did u combat it?
the only thing i can think of is getting slightly longer stems or maybe changing the angle of the stems to a right angle
but if i push the mirrors forward more will that not mirror more of my arms in the reflection?
or will my arm not block some visual more than they do now?
thats what i thought but your turn signals are on ball and socket joints so the move easily might be a little stiff.
what i'll do a bit later on i will photo graph the underside where the turn signal is and show u how main is sitting now
Thats correct on some models. On my Sportster however (03 XL1200S) and others no doubt the mirror stem and bolt hold one of the blinkers on. In order for me to flip my mirrors, I would first have to relocate my blinkers to the front forks. Not really interested in doing that.
