I got my speedo bracket from the dealer. I had ordered one from J&P and but it came to me pre rusted so I sent it back. I also got the light bezel setup from the dealer as well. My top clamp and risers came as a christmas present from my mom. She got it at J&P. Seeing as how my MOM got it for me, I couldn't return it! So I just worked with it and that is what I came up with. All in all, I am pretty happy with the look and the feel of the setup. Maybe my bracket is not from a low, seeing as how it looks like they have a one piece unit.

I'm going to try another dealer tomorrow. I called them and they seem more helpful and willing to try out things than the other one I went to...yes, I don't feel I can do if myself lol

I realize this is an old post, put I have a question for lilbruce....I have the same bike with the factory 5-6" riser. Can you tell me what 12" bars and what length and brand cable set you used? I would love to do the same to my ride. Thanks for any info you can share!

I've got the 12" Licks Super Narrow bars and got myself a 12" cables set from Burly.
