Are you talking about this type (same as a Nightster, but the chrome 1200L version)?
If so, I'm trying to imagine what angle the speedo will be when the clamp/speedo unit is attached to the 8 1/2" pull-back risers.
It looks as though the wires that connect to the little lights (blinker oil etc) is a harness that can ve replaced. I believe this is what I need to do bc my lights connect to the speedo via four little pinch clips where as every other non custom seems to mount with two smalls screws. It looks like something that is done without making me cut and solder anything.
So does anyone have the part number or link to where I can purchase this harness and light set up?

You don't need a new harness. You need the little components that make your existing lights mount with the screw system. It would help if you could look at an assembly drawing in the Sportster Parts Manual. Try your local dealer. It sounds like your speedo is going to be about vertical.
