Parts list(a power drill,4inchs of 3/8 all thread,two all thread coupling 3/8-16 on one end and 1/4-16 on the other,two 1and a half long 5/16-24 bolts,a 5/16-24 tap,and 19/32 drill bit,and a hack saw.
first you want to cut the all thread to inchs long screw it in where the pinch bolt used to be till it bottoms out then put the all thread coupling on the all thread tighten up then drill out the other side of the coupling make sure your drilling straight then tap the hole.Cut the 5/16 bolts head off thread it in the coupling put the turn signal on and tighten repeat on otherside and done.
