Well, if you want a used, beat up looking, ignition lockset that's had the wires cut off awful close to the lock, YES.

The short wire length will make it a bit difficult to make the 3 wire splices and insulate them in the space you have to work with.
The link in post #2 is for a complete assembly that includes the waterproof butt splices and shrink tubing to the job right.

 

Make an on/off toggle switch and hide it somewhere on the bike. Cheap, and no one will attempt to hotwire it if they can't find the ignition....
