Licks is A+

I just wanted to give some props to Licks Cycles for some fantastic customer service. Ordered their transitionals back in April, they weren't in stock until early July and that's when they finally shipped. So I kinda lost track of this order during the 3 months of waiting and didn't think much of it when notice was sent the order had shipped early July. Finally realized that I never received them as of early September. I figured I would be hosed for not keeping up with this order and could not fault Licks since they sent the order with delivery confirmation. I emailed AJ at Licks and he was very helpful. We tried to track where it might have gone but not much luck to its final destination. Next thing I know I get a new tracking number on Monday and I received the replacement transitionals today. I am extremely thankful that Licks did this for me. I know we have other sponsors on this site that have great customer service too, but I wanted to make sure that Licks gets their due.

AJ changed my helmet size and color for me . My daughter ordered me wrong size for present and I didn't find out until 4 days later thought no chance I'd catch it. AJ hooked me up
