that sounds steep. i got the turn signal relocation kit for $33 from the HD Dealer and it came with the signal "extensions" ... its just wires that you splice in.
i didnt even use the wires... i just pulled them back and just mounted them on the trees... they are long enough, and if i pulled them back further they would probably fit on the lower trees.
Mine had plugs on both ends and no splicing was required. At least that is how I remembered it.
mine is just loose wires, and crimps with heat shrink tubing. nothing wrong with it but for a little more effort its doable without it.
im also not going to be using these kits.i havent ehm mounted for now just so i can flip my mirrors but i found a similar on on ebay that doesnt stick out 3 inches...they are flush mount and the same price.
if i can find some small projectors that will bolt on them i may use them as auxiliary light holders.
