Installed DK Custom A/C System
Just got done installing my DK Custom air cleaner system on my 883. Simple as pie to install. You can really tell the bike breathes easier.
Next is installing my American Custom exhaust which will be here on Tuesday July 10th. Can't wait for that. Those growler baffles should sound sweet.
Since the stock mufflers will be off, I thought I would cut the baffles out and install those Thunder Torque inserts and see how they sound compared to the american custom exhaust.
Any thoughts on american custom exhaust versus stock exhaust with thunder torques?

I would like to hear a clip of each of them myself.
Also, once you do it, would be interested in your seat of the pants feel for power with each set up.

If your using American Custom Bullet Mufflers on a 883,There are 2 baffles available.
Street Friendly (Stock Baffle) Mid Rumble (Stock Baffle with hole in baffle plate)
Outtakes... I ordered them with their growler baffles which are pre-installed. Those are the baffles that are really thunderous. I can always order the quiet baffles if my neighbors don't like the noise.

Be interested to hear how you like them. I have the mid-rumble and it might sound better if it was louder.

Exhaust will be here Tuesday, July 10th. Will update after that. I will run with the american custom for a bit and then run with the thunder torques in the stock exhaust and see which I like better.
