So what I did was reinstalling some bars on the bike and I guess I crimped the wires I hit the turn signal and I heard a fuse pop but all my fuses are good. I hit the run button and the fuel pump doesnt kick on and the turn signals dont work front or back but the running light in back works and i have no instrument back light but with the key off i can hit the trip and it pops up as normal any help guys would be great.. its crap like this that scares me out of trying stuff with it
If you heard a fuse pop, then one of them must be bad, even if it looks good...or maybe it wasn't a fuse you heard....could it have been a signal light filament...there are two in each bulb.
The top relay is for the starter, the lower relay is the system relay. The top center fuse is the one for the fuel pump...might want to swap it out, even if it looks good and see what happens.
Thanks DK at the time it wouldnt but I figured it out it was the fuses two of them poped the accessories which controls brake light and back turn signals and the Ignition I got them replaced I was in a big hurry and just did not look close enough
