I have the exactsame problem, Harley discontinued their 'kit' in their 2007 catalog but they're is a mid control kit on ebay for 149.00$ plus shipping:

My dealer was unsure if they could get the 'kit' but they also said that theywould have no problempricingout all the individual screws and components. They also said the install runs two to three hours so thats another big chunk a change unless of course you were doing it yourself. I'd like mid controls but I'll stick with my fowards and buy more chrome components for my bike. Could they put pegs where the mid controls should be? Hope I was of some help!
