Default Cant remove air filter? Help

I got the screamin eagle stage one air filter on my iron and went to take the filter of yesterday to see how clean it all was as looking to fit a dk customs outlaw kit.
Problem is I removed the original ham can cover then there are 4 bolts which hold the filter to the backplate and one of the bolts just spins round because the brass nut in the backplate is loose so it just turns in the plastic! Any advice of how to get this undone? Its the top left bolt so hard to try and hold the brass nut from behind as throttle body is in the way?
I don't really want to break it as the filter kit is not that old so was hoping to sell it to pay towards new kit

Might try wedging a screwdriver in behind it to see if you can keep the nut from spinning.

I tried that but couldn't get in there enough to stop it spinning. Don't know what else to try with out breaking it which would be a shame but im stuck

maybe you could slide some duct tape behind it and use the screw driver to press it in place enough to maybe hold the nut long enough to get it loose....just throwing stuff out there

Find a drill bit that correctly matches the screw shank size, and drill the head off.
Had similar problems today opening up a Boeing 757 for heavy maintenance check. Drilled the heads , and off came the panels.
