Default Surging why oh why
So I just got around to Puting new bars on the 48, which required longer cables and wire extensions. Now the bike is surging under throttle.
is it the Clutch, the throttle, or maybe a short? Anyone got any ideas?

does it surge just at idle?, or while cruising?, if so, is it surging all the way through the throttle?

I would go back and redo everything you did...I would also venture to guess you have the tps wires reversed...

You can try doing a readjustment to your throttle cables at the throttle body, but what got ride of the surge for me (mine was when I was riding at a steady road speed) was installing a pair of X14iED's.
