Is anyone aware of events for this? Are they celebrating all year? Will there be anything going on in way of celebration the weekend of the Ocala Rally?
Found out my own answer...sadly it was just the week of Labor day.
1. Great thread idea Lauren. Builds community when we get to know each other a bit.
2. TFB, I save turtles regularly as well. I've done two in the last month or so. Gotta do it!
3. I found a wallet at the gas station last summer. ID, but no phone number. Didn't trust the gas station to do the right thing and try to find the guy. t happened to be on the phone with my friend, he said call 411. I did, surprisingly they had a number, it was the guy's Grandfather.... but I left my number and the grandson called me back, met me at the gas station. There was only $1 in the wallet when I found it. I should have put another $1 in there and doubled his money. lol
4. Yvonne, thanks for posting that! I'm going to share that with my Springer buddies. I also didn't know you could share a Facebook video on the forum so I learned something.
5. I'll try to remember to post a good joke here if I get one.
A few weeks ago, a baby boy was born, which was great news to the new parents. Unfortunately, baby had no eyelids. The parents searched frantically for a specialist to help them! They finally found a world renowned surgeon from Isreal, and he assured them he could help. "Foist, Ve have to circumcise your boy." The parents agreed, and asked if it was really necessary? The Dr. continued: "Vat we are goink to do, since the foreskin is very tender and pliable, we will attach the foreskin to vair you sons eye lids shudt be. I have done this many times, with great results....but I have to tell you that there could be side effects after the surgery." When the parents asked what the side effect could be...the Dr. replied: "Vel, Your son may be a little '**** eyed'."
Was walking down the street last week and coming towards me was an absolutely gorgeous woman with large bouncing breasts. On the front of her shirt in sparkly letters was the word "GUESS" so as she passed I said, "implants. Am I right?"
I was walking along the cliff tops the other day on a very narrow path.
Walking towards me was this beautiful topless blonde.
I stopped, and she preceded to walk towards me.
I stood there wondering whether I should block her passage or toss myself off!
This blonde woman, living out in the sticks was reading one of them fancy magazines that city folk buy. She read that bathing in milk could make her skin soft, and smoother. So she placed an order for the milkman to leave 25 gallons of milk. Now, the milkman thought this odd, and knocked on the door. He asked her did she make a mistake, and really mean 2.5 gallons of milk? She said no, and that she planned to take a bath in the milk. So, the milkman asks "Do you want it pasteurized?" She said "No, just up to my *****. I think I can splash my face."
A Mom was in the kitchen, when she glanced at her toddler son going into the living room. On the little table by the TV was a dish that contained some coins. Well! Before she could react, the little boy put some coins in his mouth tried to swallow them and started choking. Mom, tried to dislodge the coins but was affraid some may have gone into his stomach. She rushed him to the hospital ER and the Drs. admitted him for observation.
The next day, the Mom goes in to visit the boy, but she wanted to ask the doctor how her son was first...the doctor told her..."There's been no change."
